Online Sales and Marketing Manager Half-Time

(f/m/d)

We are hiring a young, motivated, and talented Online Sales and Marketing professional to join our team in a remote, half-time position in Germany.

 

What will you be doing? 

As an Online Sales and Marketing Manager at RHV Group, you will be responsible for creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies for our Office Transformation and Home Office products, managing the sales funnel, and building a strong online presence on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

  • Develop and implement effective online sales and marketing strategies for our Office Consulting, Office Transformation, and Partner Furniture products.
  • Manage the sales funnel and optimize conversions to increase revenue.
  • Create engaging and informative content for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, customers, and influencers.
  • Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Work independently to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

 

Who You Are:  

Required Skills and Competencies  

  • At least 2 years of experience in online sales and marketing, preferably in the office furniture industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Think outside the box, familiar with current social media platforms and trends, with hands-on experience in creating social media content and maintaining accounts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong self-motivation, self-direction, and a willingness to take ownership of results.
  • A passion for architecture, design, sustainability, innovation, modern working environments, creativity, and inventiveness.
  • Proficient in English.
