When the covid 19 pandemic was over in German, Morphosys noticed a change in the corporate culture of its 500 employees.

After months of home office and remote work, many employees struggled to return to the office spaces. They preferred to work from their cozy homes and were not motivated to travel to the office. 

When Morphosys approached us with this problem, we started by analyzing the existing office space. It was a clean white functional space but without a soal. 

Together with the management team, we developed a new concept, started with a small pilot to test our ideas with the teams, and then proceeded to redecorate the headquarter. We took care of the interior design, hosted workshops, and managed the installations of the new furnitures creating a warm and welcoming new office space where people love to spend time.
