🌟 Exciting Event Recap: “Mental Health Matters” 🌟

I’m delighted to share a recap of the “Mental Health Matters” evening hosted at our partner workingwell GmbH in Munich. The event brought together people committed to making mental health and wellbeing a more visible part of working life.

Axel Praus, CEO of workingwell, welcomed everyone and introduced the team’s work. Giorgio Koppehele of Magic Horizons followed with research and practical approaches to mental health, including the company’s immersive virtual-reality experiences.

One of the evening’s most memorable sessions focused on stress. Dr. med. Elke Lorenz helped participants explore this often underestimated challenge in a fast-paced world. Chiara Polverini, PhD, people-and-culture specialist at workingwell, added her extensive experience and thoughtful perspective.

The event marked the beginning of a series of conversations about mental health, with future sessions planned around prevention. Together with our partners and expert network, RHV Group wants to help organizations take practical steps, including dedicated solutions such as the remind Box and short, restorative breaks during the working day.

The key message was clear: supporting mental wellbeing takes ongoing attention, useful tools and a workplace culture that makes it normal to pause, reset and ask for support.
